Who You Are

Native English speaker (mother tongue) – with excellent spoken and written communication skills

Confident communicator, able to build trust and rapport quickly over the phone

Self-motivated and target-driven, with a strong sense of ownership over your performance

Organised and structured, capable of managing leads, logging calls, and following up consistently using a CRM

Commercially aware, able to clearly articulate how the platform benefits transport professionals and supports business growth

Experienced in B2B telesales, logistics, or transport (preferred) – or willing to learn the industry quickly

Persistent and professional, with a positive attitude and the ability to handle objections effectively

Comfortable working independently in a remote environment, with good time management and discipline
